Questions we hear most
How do I check that my consultant is licensed?
Only deal with licensed immigration consultants who are in good standing with their Law Society or regulator. Ask them to sign and submit a representation form (IMM 5476) with your file. Without it, they are generally not allowed to represent you.
What am I risking by working with an unlicensed “ghost consultant”?
An unlicensed consultant cannot represent you in front of immigration authorities and takes no responsibility for their actions. Any mistakes made on your file can lead to misrepresentation findings and a ban from applying in future.
Do I qualify for permanent residency?
The answer can be yes, no or maybe. Many programs are available to potential immigrants to Canada. Contact us for a consultation to see where you stand.
What is an LMIA?
A Labour Market Impact Assessment (formerly LMO) is a document issued by ESDC that allows an employer in Canada to hire a foreign worker under an employer-specific work permit. In some situations it may also give the worker additional Express Entry CRS points. We handle all kinds of LMIA applications.
